smf(5): Identity Manager conversion

Scott Fehrman‘s written a detailed conversion of the Sun Java System Identity Manager to use smf(5). In Scott’s scenario, the Identity Manager runs inside Apache/Tomcat and uses MySQL as the backing database; Scott discusses both service and their dependencies as he constructs the manifests.
